Beach Proposal- Singer Island, Florida

Joseph called me one morning from New Jersey and told me he was looking for a photographer to capture him proposing to his love, Caralyn during their vacation in West Palm Beach. He told me he had made plans to propose on a yacht, had hired a different photographer and that at the last minute they cancelled on him!

I was already booked for New Years Day, but it just so happens that he was going to be staying at The Marriott Singer Island Resort and Spa. The same location as the session I had that afternoon. I was able to move my session just a little earlier to help Joseph capture this moment. I truly believe that everything works out exactly as it should and this proposal was no exception.

I got to witness his nerves and her excitement first hand. I got to see through my lens how much they like each other. Their love is deep and the whole time I felt it. 

Proposals should be documented. They are filled with raw emotions that can’t be posed. I guide but the rest is all YOU!
