JUPITER BEACH, FL. DESTINATION WEDDING

I actually did not meet this lovely couple until the day of their wedding. They are from out of town and planned to have their destination wedding in Jupiter, FL. Annie contacted me and said she wanted ME to photograph their wedding, I felt so lucky I could have cried.

I immediately started following her on social media and found out that they are both SURFERS!! I literally jumped for joy. Surf boards, a wedding couple, a gorgeous Jupiter beach, it was a dream come true for me. When she mentioned she was on the drum line in high school and the only girl snare, we both KNEW it was MEANT TO BE!

They got married on the windy Friday afternoon of March 3rd, 2017. It was a breath taking day filled with their closest family and friends. The ceremony was so sweet and they shared a few tears during their vows. Everyone shared a few laughs when Brian forgot the rings!! Luckily they were right in the same location and they put them right on. You can feel the energy of love and support by everyone that surrounded them, on the first day of the rest of their lives, as husband an wife.

While I photographed them as a newly married couple, their guests enjoyed hors d’oeuvres and cocktails in the romantic setting of the Jupiter Civic Center. The whole place had strings of light hanging from the wood panels in the ceiling. Truly a magical setting. The first dance was so special. Not only did they have the father-daughter dance and the son-mother dance, but also the step parents danced with the couple as well. The love was just pouring everywhere. During the ceremony guest danced to classics and lots of reggae. The whole wedding was island inspired, boho chic and romantic. A perfect day!

Annie and Brian had been together for 10 years before they said I do. It was very apparent that their love is strong, sweet, everlasting and closely knitted. I wish them a lifetime of love and happiness.

I share with you the story of their day.
